Arthouse Apartments

Aquatic Project Solutions was engaged by BGC Construction to deliver a high-quality aquatic facility within the Arthouse Apartments, a premium residential development located in Joondalup, Western Australia. Our scope included the construction and fit-out of a 25-metre lap pool integrated with a spa, situated within the apartment complex.

Key components of the project included:

• Installation of a durable vinyl liner system over the pool shell to ensure long-term performance and ease of maintenance.
• Completion of interior finishes to meet the high standards of the residential complex.
• Supply and installation of a dedicated plantroom, including water treatment, filtration, and heating systems to support both the pool and spa.

Despite the complex logistics of working within a live residential development and limited site access, the project was delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the luxury lifestyle offering of the Arthouse Apartments.
